RAW CASHEW MAYO
1/2 cup soaked cashews (soak for 3-6 hrs in water then drain the water)
1/4 cup water
1 lime juice (or lemon although lime’s better)
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of kosher salt
1 teaspoon (fruit) vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar (or honey for non-vegan)
Add everything and mix all in blender.
